Preparation

Rinse 3–5 dried leaves thoroughly.

Bring 2–3 cups of water to the boil.

Add the leaves and simmer gently for 15 minutes.

Strain before drinking.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. May be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
