This is our favorite recipe from Aviva Romm, master herbalist, midwife, and doctor. A lovely nourishing tea to drink after the first trimester.
A classic blend of nutritive herbs for promoting and maintaining pregnancy health.
Ingredients (organic): Nettle Leaf, Red Raspberry Leaf, Oatstraw, Alfalfa Leaf, Lemon Balm, Rose Hips & Rose Petals.
DIRECTIONS:
Use 1-2 tsp. herbs per cup of boiling water, leave for at least 10 minutes, honey can be added to taste.
To make a stronger nutritive tea, boil a 1 litre of water and add 1/4 cup of the herbal mixture into a large jar. For best results, allow herbs to infuse overnight and drink throughout the following day.
