Preparation: - If the cacao is in block form, cut it into small shavings to melt it better. Then melt the cacao in water (spring water or high quality water) - 40g of cacao for about 150ml of water. Do not bring the water to the boil, keep it at around 70°C Stir the mixture in the pan to obtain a smooth, fluid substance. You can add cayenne pepper, rose water, orange blossom water, cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon, etc. to flavour the cacao and add another energy. If the cacao is too strong or bitter for you, you can add a little vegetable milk or a little honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, etc.
