Ingredients: elderflower*, nettle leaf*, eyebright*, goldenrod* & spearmint*. *Grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers
Use 1-2 tsp. herbs and infuse for 10 minutes with the lid on. Add a slice of lemon / local honey to taste.
