As the owner of a busy herbal pharmacy, Suzanna is always happy to answer questions and offer over-the-counter herbal recommendations where appropriate. For many straightforward health concerns, a full consultation may not be necessary. Suzanna is a full-time professional herbalist with over 24 years of experience in natural medicine. She completed the Herbal Medicine Diploma and the Healing Diets Nutritional Diploma with Bonny Casel at The School of Natural Medicine (UK). She has also trained in Ayurveda with Anne McIntyre, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine with the Phoenix Academy of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and Herbal Medicine for Women with Aviva Romm, Herbalist, MD, and Midwife.

Suzanna is a member of the Unified Register of Herbal Practitioners (URHP), Herbalists Without Borders, and the Ayurvedic Professionals Association. Her approach combines traditional herbal wisdom with nutritional and lifestyle support, drawing on her training in Western Herbal Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda to provide individualised care for each client.
