A herbal infusion to drink before you go to bed to encourage great complexion by also possibly supporting natural healthy sleep.
Use 1 or 2 teaspoons of herbs per cup of boiling water. Pour over the herbs and leave to infuse for a minimum of 12 minutes. Drink just before going to bed. This is quite a bitter tea so add honey to make more pleasant!
Ingredients: valerian*, hops, californian poppy, skullcap* & passionflower*. *Grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers
