How to Use
Aromatherapy Diffuser: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser containing water, following the manufacturer's instructions. Enjoy its beautiful, grounding aroma during meditation, relaxation or quiet moments.
Facial Oil: Dilute 1 drop in 10ml of a suitable carrier oil, such as jojoba, rosehip or argan oil, for a gentle 0.5% facial blend. Avoid the eye area.
Body Massage: Add 2 drops to 10ml of carrier oil for approximately 1% dilution. Massage gently into the skin.
Bath: Blend 2–3 drops into a suitable essential oil bath dispersant before adding to warm bathwater. Do not add undiluted essential oils directly to bathwater.
Natural Perfume: Blend with sandalwood, lavender, cedarwood, sweet orange or rose essential oils to create your own aromatic perfume, using an appropriate dilution.
