Together, hawthorn, lime flower and nettle synergise to soothe tense nerves and ease tight feelings in the chest related to emotional tension and anxiety. Also supports the circulation and the nervous system.
Use 1 or 2 teaspoons of herbs per cup of boiling water. Pour over the herbs and leave to infuse for a minimum of 12 minutes. Honey can be added to taste.
