Ingredients

Oat Tops*, Damiana, Siberian Ginseng*, Shatavari*, Fennel*, Peppermint*, Ginger*, Vanilla & Rose*.

*Grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers.

Directions

Use 1–2 teaspoons of herbs per cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and leave to infuse for a minimum of 12 minutes, then strain.

Enjoy warm. Honey can be added to taste.
