A herbal infusion to cleanse the liver and encourage liver health.
Dandelion and burdock are a brilliant combination as burdock encourages the cells to release toxins and dandelion carries them away. Milk thistle and schizandra tone and nourish the liver, helping to keep it healthy.
Use 1 teaspoon of herbs per cup of boiling water. Pour over the herbs and leave to infuse for a minimum of 12 minutes. Honey can be added to taste.
