How to Use
Cold Infusion (Traditional Method):

Add 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 2–4g) to 250ml of cold water.

Leave to steep for 4–8 hours (or overnight).

Strain before use.

Consume 1–2 times daily.
Hot Infusion:

Add 1 teaspoon to 250ml hot water.

Steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
External Use:
