Herbal Decoction – 100g
A traditional herbal decoction support the health of the gut, liver, skin, lymph, kidneys, nervous and immune systems.
Made with burdock, dandelion, ginger, liquorice and reishi mushroom. A rich, earthy blend that is prepared by gently simmering the herbs rather than simply infusing them in boiling water.
The combination of roots, ginger and mushroom gives this decoction a deep, warming flavour and makes it a good addition to a regular herbal routine.
Ingredients
Burdock Root*, Dandelion Root*, Ginger Root*, Liquorice Root* & Reishi Mushroom*.
*Grown without synthetic fertilisers or synthetic chemical pesticides.
Directions
Use 1 teaspoon of herbs per cup of cold water.
Place the herbs and cold water in a saucepan and bring slowly to a gentle boil. Cover with a lid and simmer lightly for 20–40 minutes. Top up with water if necessary as it evaporates.
Strain well before drinking.
Take 1–3 cups per day.
The decoction can be prepared in advance. Refrigerate any leftover tea and use within 48 hours.

This blend contains liquorice root, which may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with high blood pressure or certain cardiovascular or kidney conditions.
