Clear Skin Herbal Tea – 50g

A simple herbal infusion of red clover, burdock, cleavers and nettle. Traditionally used as a cleansing herbal tea, with a fresh, earthy flavour.

The burdock root is finely powdered to help increase the surface area of the herb and allow more of its constituents to be extracted during infusion.

Ingredients

Red Clover, Burdock Root* (powdered), Cleavers* & Nettles*.

*Grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers.

Directions

Use 1–2 teaspoons of herbs per cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and leave to infuse for a minimum of 12 minutes, then strain.

Honey can be added to taste.

Traditionally enjoyed up to three times daily.
