How to Use
As a Herbal Shot
Mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) with a small amount of warm water, stir well, and consume immediately.
To Make Slippery Elm Tea

Add freshly boiled water to a cup.

Add 1 teaspoon of slippery elm bark powder and stir well.

Add honey and a splash of almond or coconut milk, if desired.

Stir again until smooth.
