Inspired by the wild Atlantic shores of Connemara, Galway Selkie Soap is a handcrafted natural soap made with locally sourced seaweed and a blend of nourishing plant oils.

Rich in kelp (Laminaria digitata) and bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) seaweeds, this unique soap captures the fresh, earthy character of the coast. Seaweed has a long tradition in coastal skincare and is naturally rich in minerals and botanical compounds.

Created using the traditional cold process method, this soap combines hemp oil, coconut oil, sustainable palm oil, beeswax, and botanical seaweed extracts to create a creamy lather and a refreshing cleansing experience.

A revitalising blend of Elemi, Patchouli, Grapefruit, and Lemon essential oils gives this soap a fresh citrus and earthy aromatic profile.

Please note: This soap contains a high proportion of seaweed, which gives it a distinctive natural earthy ocean scent. Those looking for a strongly fragranced soap may prefer our liquid soap range, which has a more pronounced essential oil aroma.

Directions for Use

Wet soap and apply to damp skin to create a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly after use.

To extend the life of your soap, allow it to dry between uses and store on a draining soap dish.
