Directions for Use

Aromatherapy Diffuser: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser containing water, following the manufacturer's instructions.

Massage Oil: Dilute in a suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin. For a 1% dilution, add approximately 2 drops to 10ml of carrier oil.

Bath: Blend a few drops into a suitable bath dispersant before adding to bathwater. Do not add undiluted essential oils directly to the bath.

Natural Fragrance: Blend with lavender, bergamot, geranium, frankincense or other complementary essential oils.
